Cancellation Policy
At Victory Wellness Coaching, we understand that unexpected events may arise, requiring adjustments to your scheduled appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our coaching services and accommodate the needs of all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments no later than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. This policy allows us to optimize our schedule and offer appointment slots to other clients in need of support.
